Animal Care Technician 

The Fredericksburg SPCA is growing into an Animal Resource Center and is looking to add an Animal Care Technician to our Animal Care Team. The Fredericksburg SPCA hosts more than one hundred animals at any given time, and the Animal Care Technician is responsible for the daily cleaning, feeding, and provision of any medical treatments to the animals in our care. Animal Behavior Coordinator

The Fredericksburg SPCA is looking to add an Animal Behavior Coordinator to our team! We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about helping homeless animals, as well as pet-owners in our community! Must have at least two years of professional dog training experience (CCBTS, CPDT-KA or CPDT-KSA certification preferred). Your drive to help animals by communicating in a way that they understand will help many pet-owning families stay together! We are looking for a team member who is excited to utilize reward-based methods to create a positive experience, provide guidance and support to staff, volunteers and the public!
